Možno to už viete a možno ešte nie
ale aj chrumkavá,voňavá a maslom natretá Vianočka
má vplyv na naše šťastie a vyrovnanosť...
Traduje sa, že podomácky vyrobená Vianočka
mala chrániť rodinu pred zlými vplyvmi a
zároveň aj utužiť vzťahy medzi jej členmi.
Pečie sa s 9 tich ( ideálne )rovnakých prameňov
z ktorých každý má svoj špecifický význam.
Prvé štyri sú Slnko, Voda, Zem a Vzduch.
To je to " gro " na ktorom vysí naša existencia.
Na nich ukladáme Rozum, Vôľu a Cit.
Naše ľudské špecifiká.
A poslednými dvoma prameňmi,
ktoré trónia na samom vrchu
spojíme ( aj napriek občasným problémom )
Poznanie a Lásku...
Pramene by teoreticky mali byť približne rovnaké,
mali by na sebe držať a neodlepovať sa
a hlavne konečný výsledok
by mal mať príchuť
šťastia a lásky a vyrovnanosti...

Traditionally, our Christmas tables
would not be complete without this specific kind of cake
"Vianočka" ( loosely translated as a Christmas cake ).
The name of this cake itself has Christmas
embeded deep in its both spelling AND meaning.
These days, many ( actually most of ) people simply go
to the supermarket and put one such specimen of
Vianočka into their already overflowing Christmas shopping baskets...
They have forgotten ( otherwise they would not miss out )
the ancestral meaning that lies beneath making it ourselves.
There are 9 ( ideally same sized ) parts that are
braided intricately into each other
forming a three tiered creation.
The base is woven from 4 braids that represent
the elements, our lives inherently depend on.
The Sun, the Water, the Earth and the Air.
The next level represents the Human Nature
and its specifics
the Mind, the Will and the Feeling.
Everything is topped by
the reign of the Knowledge and Love,
plaited together
in a simple yet strong tress.
The trick is to make all tresses about the same size
and stick them All together in such fashion
that nothing would tear them apart.
This tradionally holds
the Promise of Harmonious Life.
